Lena Al-Marzoog advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and securities matters.
Lena helps provides strategic counsel on sophisticated securities transactions and compliance matters, such as public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC disclosure obligations, and market listing standards. Throughout her career, Lena has represented large corporations and financial institutions in complex and high-value transactions. As part of her practice, Lena ensures that clients navigate regulatory requirements and market challenges effectively.
During law school, Lena served as a Managing Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law and the Treasurer of Virginia Law Women. She was a Cowan Fellow in the Human Rights Study Project and completed over 100 hours of pro bono work during her time in law school. Lena currently maintains an active pro bono practice.
