Our global networks

We have more than 35 internal networks and affinity groups across the globe, which empower our people to support each other, address issues impacting them, engage in business and client development activity, and better navigate the firm. A key driver of our diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, these networks deliver substantive programming, raise awareness, and engage in client partnerships.

GAIN (Global Ability Inclusion Network)

Our global ability inclusion network supports individuals with disabilities, and caregivers to and allies of individuals with disabilities.

Through GAIN, we aim to elevate disability inclusion throughout the firm. Diversity makes us a better law firm and we are devoted to nurturing an inclusive working environment where all our people can be themselves and feel empowered to succeed.

This network exists to connect our colleagues with disabilities to each other to support community-building internally. We also encourage the participation and engagement of those who are allies and caregivers to individuals with disabilities because we are stronger together.
