Arbitrating Smart Contract Disputes

Mark Cheskin gave a presentation to over 500 attendees at the annual CAM-CCBC Pan-American Arbitration Congress in São Paulo on October 22, 2019.

The two-day Congress attracts leading arbitrators, practitioners, and academia from Latin-America and other parts of the world. Mark's presentation, "Arbitrating Smart Contract Disputes," focused on smart contracts, block chain, and potential arbitration issues over these newer technologies.
