We looked at the implications for high-tech sectors (including fintech, digital health, and autotech) from the perspective of tech investors and deals in the tech sector.
We discussed how to structure deals to take advantage of opportunities and manage risks and explored potential changes to antitrust and competition regulation post-Brexit.
