European Green Deal

Be prepared for change

In December 2019, the European Commission announced a new growth strategy for the European Union. The aim of the Green Deal is to transform the EU into a modern society with a resource-efficient, sustainable and competitive economy where there are no net emissions of greenhouse gases in 2050 and where economic growth is decoupled from resource use.

To achieve the set out goals and making the EU a global pioneer in the field of environmental protection and fighting climate change, all European industries are facing fundamental changes. In our first webinar on the European Green Deal, our focus lies on an introduction of the Green Deal and on the European Climate Law which will put the political commitment to CO2 neutrality by 2050 into a legal obligation.

We are very delighted to have Niels Schuster, Coordinator of the European Green Deal and the European Climate Law in the Department of Climate Policy of the EU Commission, as an expert, who will share first-hand information on the topic.

We are looking forward to have an EU-wide virtual audience to start our kickoff webinar with us and jump on the Green Deal train as early as possible and let us help you to safely navigate into a more sustainable and environmental-friendly future EU.
