Legally rebalancing the scales – Practical and legal implications for diversity and inclusion initiatives

Just as the killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor and the racialized incident involving Christian Cooper in Central Park have sparked worldwide protests and calls for change, these events have spurred companies to reexamine their own diversity and inclusion (D&I) policies and efforts in order to better address inequities in the workplace.
