Pan-European Financial Institutions Brexit Webinar Series: Post-Brexit implications for cross-border non-performing loan transactions with a particular view on insolvency law related issues

The economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has already been quite severe. Brexit will also weigh on the economy. Investors expect European banking sector consolidation and an acceleration of non-performing loan (NPL) sales in 2021.
