Cristina Arumi will be participating during PLI’s Tax Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations & Restructurings 2022, “Passthrough Corporations - REITs, UPREITs, UPCs, and RICs” on 28 October at 10:00 a.m. EST, 18 November at 10:00 a.m. CST, and 9 December at 10:00 a.m. PST.
The October and November sessions will be presented both in-person – in New York, NY and Chicago, IL, respectively – and via live webcast, with the December session only available in person in Los Angeles, CA.
The program will discuss entities that have elected to operate in alternative forms, separate, or in conjunction with, a related corporation and the tax issues associated with these types of entities, including key changes in operative rules and effective tax rates due to recent legislation and administrative guidance.
