Virtual CSSMA spectrum pre-coordination meetings

Together with the Commercial SmallSat Spectrum Management Association (CSSMA), Tony organized a virtual installment of pre-coordination meetings, affording CSSMA members the opportunity to discuss with federal operators the shared use of spectrum. Operators and prospective operators of satellites or ground stations had the opportunity to discuss technical coordination matters with spectrum managers of federal agencies (e.g., the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).)
