Zachary works within our Restructuring and Special Situations team and our Banking and Finance team, in Australia. He regularly advises parties on complex loan portfolio management transactions and banking and security matters. 

He also brings litigation and dispute resolution experience to a broad range of commercial disputes. In his work, Zachary understands the importance of balancing legal affairs with commercial objectives and operates to find resolution accordingly.

Representative experience

Advising Home Consortium Limited on its AU$500 million syndicated financing arrangements and debt restructuring.

Acting for HomeCo Daily Needs Real Estate Investment Trust on establishing its AU$400 million syndicated financing in relation to its’ ASX listing and further AU$100 million facility upsize.

Representing Kodak Alaris Holdings Limited in relation to its global financing requirements and general Australian refinancing and security matters.

Advising Aware Super on its €400 million equity stake acquisition, and further €200 million capital commitment, in Spanish Real Estate Investment Trust, Vivenio Corporation.

Acting for Revolution Asset Management on AU$40 million subscription finance facility for Revolution Private Debt Fund II.

Advising a major global resourcing company in relation to its successful legal defence and settlement of a US$30 million statutory letter of demand.

Acting for a global lending and investment bank on its international syndicated financing commitments and related Australian security packages.

Advising enviro-startup EcoMatcher on its share capital restructure and associated financing matters on a pro bono basis.
