PA Career Development

Hogan Lovells offers a comprehensive PA induction programme, including technical training for the  business' systems and processes as well as access to an on-going range of technical training to ensure skillsets are continuously developed. We aim to give everyone the opportunity to develop their full potential. Our PA support team has three tiers – Team Assistant, PA and Senior PA.

Our Team Assistants provide invaluable support to the wider PA team with tasks such as billing narratives, photocopying, scanning, bundling, archiving and filing.  They are often encouraged to get involved in and assist with group projects, and receive continuous mentoring from the wider PA team.  Our PAs and Senior PAs will typically support between three and eight fee earners, assisting with billing, diary/mailbox management, travel arrangements, time recording and client engagement.
