Johannes Reinsberg advises and represents German and international clients on product compliance, product safety, and product liability issues. He focuses on dispute resolution and litigation. He has strong experience in the automotive, consumer goods, electronics and food industries.

Johannes is particularly specialised in the in- and out-of-court defence of alleged claims. Clients particularly appreciate his affinity for technology, which distinguishes him especially in the defence of cases with a high product reference. He is a particularly experienced trial lawyer.

Throughout the entire product life cycle, Johannes supports clients in dealing with product safety and product liability issues. For the market launch of novel products, he advises clients on possible strategies and supports them in communicating with authorities and external bodies. In the event of product crises, Johannes Reinsberg assists clients in the investigation of the facts, in the definition and implementation of appropriate strategies as well as the defense against potential claimants.

As part of his social commitment, Johannes Reinsberg is also engaged in pro bono work, in particular by advising clients who strive for a sustainable and creative use of technology.

Johannes studied law at the Universities of Passau and Nantes (France). During his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart, Johannes worked among others for the German-Arab-Chamber-of-Commerce in Cairo.
