Advising Barak Fund SPC Limited on term and mezzanine financing for Genser Energy for the expansion of existing power plants and the construction of over 170km of natural gas pipelines in Ghana.
Advising Nedbank Limited on a ZAR1,85bn deal with Puma Energy across South Africa and Namibia; named as Local Currency Loan Deal of the Year for the Bonds, Loans & Sukuk Africa conference in 2020.
Advising a South African bank in relation to their first cross-border property finance transaction in Africa for the construction of industrial and commercial facilities in Kenya.
