Michael Penners advises clients in the field of dispute resolution and crisis management. He focuses on commercial and competition litigation as well as civil damages procedures, thereby enforcing both his clients' rights and defending them. Michael also advises research-based pharmaceutical and medical devices companies in the field of pharmaceutical advertising law. Further, he advises on corporate compliance, conducts internal investigations and seeks compensation for his clients with regard to white-collar crimes.
Michael studied law in Hannover and Hamburg. During his legal traineeship he worked, inter alia, at the Higher Administrative Court of Hamburg, the NDR (North German Broadcasting Corporation), as well as in our Hamburg and Alicante offices.
