Hogan Lovells advises IBM on global reorganization for separation of Kyndryl

Washington, D.C. and New York, 5 November 2021 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells represented International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) on the global separation and reorganization of its managed infrastructure services business across more than 65 jurisdictions worldwide, in support of the separation of that business from IBM to Kyndryl. The completion of the separation was announced on November 3 and Kyndryl now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KD.”
