Hogan Lovells advises Royal Terberg Group and AutoBinck Group on the sale of Terberg Business Lease Group
Amsterdam, 15 September 2022 – Led by Amsterdam Partner Danielle du Bois-Bunée and Senior Associate Bastiaan van Rath, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Royal Terberg Group and AutoBinck Group on the sale of the Terberg Business Lease Group (TBLG) to Arval. The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of this year.
TBLG is a full-service leasing specialist (with Justlease as a subsidiary in Private Lease) active in the Netherlands and Belgium and a joint venture of Royal Terberg Group and AutoBinck Group. With over 100,000 leased vehicles, the combination of Arval and TBLG will be one of the largest leasing companies and mobility players in the Dutch market.
