Hogan Lovells advises the U.S International Development Finance Corporation in US$300M debt facility to BTG Pactual

New York, 4 October 2021 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in a US$300 million debt facility to BTG Pactual, the largest investment bank in Latin America.

The debt facility will allow BTG Pactual to expand its small and medium-sized enterprise activities in Brazil including a focus on reaching the economically disadvantaged North and Northeast regions and women-owned and women-led businesses in Brazil.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Ricardo S. Martinez and included senior associate Christopher Bonilla, and associates Senal Ranatunga and Mariana Amaral.
