Led by Munich partner Dr. Volker Geyrhalter, Hogan Lovells advised Mey Industry GmbH, based in Planegg near Munich, on the acquisition of assets of HEFTER Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG.
The investment company Mey Industry acquired the business operations of HEFTER Maschinenbau at its main location in Prien on April 1, 2020. In addition, all shares in the Hungarian subsidiary HEFTER Hungary Kft. were acquired as part of the transaction.
Hogan Lovells provided legal advice to Mey Industry on all legal issues and the negotiations.
Mey Industry GmbH is the holding company of the Munich entrepreneur Gerhard Mey.
