Milan, 20 November 2022 – ADP, a multinational company providing human capital management (HCM) solutions and with offices in over 140 countries, has acquired, through ADP Employer Services Italia S.p.A., Infocom Informatica per Commercialisti e Aziende S.r.l., a leading company providing services for the management of personnel costs and budget.
Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the sellers with a team led by partner Luca Picone together with associate Martino Filippi.
