Philadelphia, 14 June 2019 – International law firm Hogan Lovells has continued its investment in the Philadelphia corporate transactional market with the addition of a quartet of lawyers spearheaded by long-term Drinker Biddle partner Bob Juelke.

"We have been looking to grow strategically our presence in the Philadelphia market and these lateral additions are an exciting development for our corporate practice and for the office," said John Duke, Office Managing Partner. "These additions will further strengthen our corporate transactional bench in Philadelphia, a city with great commercial history and significant opportunity."

The group includes Juelke, senior associate David Marley, and associates Val Delp and Amanda Garger. David and Amanda were also previously at Drinker Biddle, and all four bring a wealth of transactional and capital markets experience.

"Leaving Drinker Biddle after 25 years was a big decision for me,” said Juelke, “and I am excited at the prospect of leveraging Hogan Lovells’ global network of offices and superb reputation in corporate transactional work to grow our practice and our presence in Philadelphia."

Juelke is a 1990 graduate of the University of Virginia and a 1993 graduate of the William & Mary Law School. Marley earned his BA magna cum laude from St. Joseph’s University in 2008, and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011. Delp is a 2008 graduate of Emory University and a 2014 graduate of Washington College of Law, American University. Garger is a 2013 graduate of the University of Delaware, and a 2016 graduate of Villanova University School of Law.
