Hogan Lovells represents Ingredion in US$1 billion senior notes offering

Washington D.C., 20 May 2020 ̶ International law firm Hogan Lovells represented Ingredion Incorporated, a leading global provider of ingredient solutions to the food manufacturing industry, in an offering of US$1 billion principal amount of senior notes. The offering consisted of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 2.900% senior notes due 2030 and US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 3.900% senior notes due 2050.

The offering was made pursuant to a registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering priced on 8 May and closed on 13 May.
