Silicon Valley, CA, 8 June 2022 — Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that its Silicon Valley office has moved into its new location in Redwood City.

The office has moved from Menlo Park to downtown Redwood City, where it is the anchor tenant in a new building located at 855 Main Street, occupying the building’s complete second floor. In April 2021, the firm announced the signing of an 11-year lease at the location, confirming Hogan Lovells’ commitment to the Bay Area.

The newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility allows the firm to expand its first-class client service by leveraging the latest technology and flexibility needed in today’s hybrid environment. The facilities are built for the future to provide seamless transition from remote to in-person collaboration and back with multi-purpose meeting spaces that comfortably accommodate large events.

The building was also designed and constructed using green building and energy efficiency best practices, with a goal of obtaining LEED Gold certification. Hogan Lovells’ bold, new green home now anchors a vibrant and historic residential, retail, entertainment and office community in the center of downtown Redwood City.

Silicon Valley Office Managing Partner Jane Ross commented: “We look forward to welcoming clients to our beautiful new office. It’s in the heart of Silicon Valley, with a more accessible location from all points in the Bay Area.”

Lawyers in the Silicon Valley office represent companies in the technology, life sciences and other industry sectors in M&A, IP transactions, and litigation matters. The office is home to Hogan Lovell’s market-leading Tech M&A practice, which has led on blockbuster deals such as Oracle’s $28 billion acquisition of Cerner Corporation and Marvell Technology Group’s acquisition of Inphi Corp., valued at approximately US$10 billion.

855 Main is a brief walk to Caltrain for a short commute to San Francisco, and features bike storage along with 55 electric vehicle charging stations to complement its two levels of underground parking.
