Hogan Lovells welcomes new addition to its Paris Banking and Loan Finance practice

Paris, 20 June 2022 – Hogan Lovells is bolstering its market-leading banking and loan finance practice in Paris with the appointment of Cassandre Porgès as a partner.

Cassandre Porgès is an established banking lawyer with a focus on acquisitions finance, leveraged finance and restructuring transactions. She has over 20 years’ experience advising private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and also lenders.

Her skillset will further boost our banking and loan finance team in Paris who are one of the leading loan finance teams in the market advising on a range of highly complex financings”, said Paul Mullen, Global Head of Banking at Hogan Lovells.

The Paris banking and loan finance team consists of partners Sabine Bironneau and Alexander Premont. Their recent deals include advising Societe Generale and BNP Paribas, both Arrangers Mandated, in the context of an LBO transaction of the HR Path group; Tikehau Ace Capital on its acquisition, along with other investors, of LMB Aerospace; and ICG on the financing of Naos Hotel Group entities for the acquisition of Airport Hotel shares and the financing of the construction of a nice airport-based hotel to operate under the Sheraton brand. Cassandre Porgès will join the firm in September.
