Nata Ghibradze becomes member of the GIAC Arbitration Council

The Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC) has appointed Nata Ghibradze along with seven other new members to its Arbitration Council.

Nata Ghibradze, a senior associate in our Munich International Arbitration practice, says: "I am delighted and proud to be appointed to the GIAC Arbitration Council together with very esteemed arbitration practitioners. I look forward to contributing to the work of this excellent institution in my home country."

Originally from Georgia, Nata is well-versed in the complexities of Georgian law and culture, and how these complexities affect cross-border disputes. She is fluent in English, German, Russian, and Georgian, being educated in Georgia and Germany.

With the new appointments, GIAC continues to equip the Arbitration Council with highly experienced arbitration lawyers and practitioners, who guarantee the quality of arbitration and provide the essence of establishing GIAC as a leading arbitration institution in the Caucasus, Black Sea, and Caspian regions. Global Arbitration Review has already reported on the new composition of the GIAC Arbitration Council.
