Our Hogan Lovells Miami office receives 2023 Top Workplaces Award from the South Florida Sun Sentinel

In its ninth year, Sun Sentinel’s Top Workplace program seeks to identify and recognize the area’s top companies and what employees say makes them a great place to work. According to the publication, thousands of South Florida companies participated in the survey and 129 companies were recognized during the awards ceremony on Wednesday, May 3rd.

The recognition is based entirely on employee feedback captured in a workplace survey managed by Energage, an employee engagement platform that enables employers to learn, understand, and leverage employee responses. The survey was distributed in late 2022, and our Miami office scored very high and met the standards of a Top Workplace. The recognition is proof positive that at Hogan Lovells, we put our people first.

All of the companies chosen for recognition were determined through employee surveys that measured qualities such as company leadership, communication, appreciation, direction, working environment, managerial skills, wages, and benefits.
