In the last few years, Nicole Saurin helped clients from various industries, focusing on life sciences industries, on national and international product liability and safety issues. She has experience in multi-claimant and mass torts litigation, international conflicts of laws and jurisdiction. 

She has successfully defended her clients in more than over 100 German court cases on all levels. Nicole is also experienced in defending cases pending before the European Court of Justice. Nicole is part of the Digital Health, Life Sciences, ESG and T&T teams at Hogan Lovells, focusing on liability for defective products, especially in cases of cyberattacks.

Nicole received an award for extraordinary legal achievements by the University of Augsburg. She published on various topics of national and international product liability.
