Philip E. Altman

Focusing his practice on tax law since 1983, Philip Altman assists clients with the structuring and execution of tax efficient transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and joint ventures. Over the years, he has provided a range of practical solutions to complex tax problems that are consistent with his clients' business objectives.

In addition to his transactional work, Philip's practice includes advising publically held corporations in day-to-day tax matters, including assisting such companies in meeting all of their compliance responsibilities. In this area, he relies on his deep knowledge of the consolidated return regulations and the tax laws of many states.
