Hogan Lovells launches new Private Capital Industry Sector

Hogan Lovells has created a new industry sector focused on the needs of private capital investors.

The Private Capital Industry Sector brings together a cross-practice team of lawyers who advise all types of private capital investors including many of the largest and most sophisticated players in the industry - from 'traditional' funds to alternative investors - on their investment strategies across every asset class, industry, and geography.

New fund structures and an increase in diversified investment strategies have resulted in the continued rise of private capital – it has become a very large and rapidly growing market segment.
