International Product Safety Week 2020: Key messages from regulators on traceability and product recall

Our Global Products Law team recently attended the European Commission's International Product Safety Week conference (IPSW), which was held virtually on 9 - 10 November. We heard from regulators in multiple jurisdictions, from the UK, EU, Germany and Norway, to Canada, South Africa, Australia, and South Korea. Our lawyers also participated in discussions on "best practice" for product traceability and recall.
