Advising ACWA Power on the US$1.2bn Taweelah IWP in Abu Dhabi, the world's largest RO desalination plant to date and other landmark power, water and renewables projects.

Advising on some of the largest multi-sourced financings  in the MENA region, including ECAs, DFIs and conventional and Islamic.

Advising lenders to the ACWA consortium in relation to the Sakaka solar IPP project in Saudi Arabia, the first renewables project for Saudi.

Advising on various infrastructure project and devlopment financings including aviation, transportation and health sectors.

Advising on numeorus financings across the globe including landmark Islamic financing transactions.

Advising on sovereign financings, including the Government of Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar and Senegal.
