A race against time in Afghanistan

Following the fall of Kabul and the effective collapse of the Afghan government in mid-August 2021, our people quickly mobilized in response to the burgeoning humanitarian crisis. More than 170 U.S. colleagues have volunteered to assist hundreds of Afghan nationals who are seeking evacuation options, as well as Special Immigrant Visas, P-2 refugee referrals, and humanitarian parole.
