Advising Intermediate Capital Group on the first ever Australian dollar denominated and Australian law governed Term Loan B facility for Iron Mountain's acquisition of Recall Australia.

Advising the senior lender group on the financing for the acquisition of the Abbey Life insurance business by Phoenix Group.

Advising the lenders, including Citibank and Bank of China, on a US$4.65 billion syndicated loan to internet giant Tencent.

Advising Midcap Financial on lending facilities totalling more than US$600m across industries such as life sciences and pharmaceuticals, technology, and transportation and logistics.
