Kyle has handled different aspects of technology disputes, including pleadings, fact and expert discovery, depositions, and motion practice. He has handled cases filed in the U.S. district courts, as well as at the International Trade Commission (ITC) and Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the U.S. Patent Office.
Kyle’s litigation experience has spanned a range of industry sectors, including semiconductors, microelectronics, software, medical devices, and financial technologies. He has advised on cases involving integrated circuits, LCD displays, health and fitness monitoring wearable technologies, location-sharing hardware and software, Electronic Design Automation (EDA) technologies, and financial technologies. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle also practiced IP transactional investigations and portfolio management.
Kyle was an Article Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and a Board member of the HLS LAMBDA.
