Hogan Lovells and ArbitralWomen kindly invite you to join our in-person event on increasing efficiency in construction arbitration on Thursday 30 June. 

Our distinguished speakers will be discussing potential ways to remedy the common complaint that construction disputes are too expensive and inefficient, including:
  

• how to avoid and resolve conflicts through Dispute Boards; 
• encouraging active case management by the tribunal;
• use of joinder/consolidation; and
• dealing with experts more effectively.

A SpeedNet event for female practitioners ahead of the event, and a drinks reception (open to all practitioners) after the main event will allow you to finally connect in person again.
