Claire helps clients navigate regulated industries and complex commercial litigation.

She focuses on assisting clients with Administrative Procedure Act (APA) challenges. She has handled disputes involving the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other administrative agencies. She has briefed matters in federal district and appellate courts. She also is passionate about pro bono and provides pro bono representation in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.    

Claire swam Division 1 while attending James Madison University. She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2022, where she served as a fellow assisting first-year law students with their legal writing.

Before joining the firm, Claire clerked for Judge Norman K. Moon on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
