Advising on rail and metro projects, including Manchester Metrolink, Croydon, and South Hampshire; Channel Tunnel Rail Link; and Thameslink £1bn+ privately financed rolling stock concession.

Advising on the Cyclamen nuclear screening project, Chernobyl Sarcophagus, and proposed €1bn investment/joint venture between the Turkish Sinop and Hinkley Point nuclear power plant build.

Advising Rio Tinto on game-changing Infrastructure and Mining Simandou projects in Guinea and EPCM arrangements and other project documents.

Advising on public accommodation, healthcare, justice, and education projects, including Norfolk and Norwich hospital deals; Kent and Birmingham BSF; and PFI prison projects.

Advising on bankability and deal structuring issues associated with the mining agreement with Government and multiple EPC contracts.

Advising a major mining EPCM contractor on a variety of EPCM and related contracts in a variety of jurisdictions around the world.

Advising on the Ministry of Defence's landmark £120m PFI Joint Services Command and Staff College project; project Armada; and a Flight Simulation PPP refinance.

Advising on a range of deals in the defence accommodation, services, training and equipment sectors including the Ministry of Defence's landmark £120 million PFI project for the design, construction, finance and operation of the new Joint Services Command and Staff College, project Armada and the refinancing of a UK Flight Simulation PPP project.

Advising on light rail, metro and heavy rail projects including the Manchester Metrolink, Croydon and South Hampshire PFI projects, the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and the Thameslink £multi billion privately financed rolling stock concession.

Advising on many Public Accommodation, Healthcare, Justice and Education projects: advising on many projects including; Norfolk and Norwich, Hereford, Nuffield, Doncaster, St Helens, Kings and Newham PFI Hospital deals, Kent and Birmingham BSF education projects and an entire portfolio of PFI prison projects including Serco's successful bids for Belmarsh and Maghull Prisons and the BBC's PFI style Property Outsourcing and Project North.

Advising on nuclear industry projects including the UK's nuclear screening project Cyclamen, the Chernobyl Sarcophagus project and the proposed Euros 1 billion investment and joint venture arrangements between 2 world class Nuclear players, the new Turkish nuclear project Sinop and the new build nuclear power plant at Hinkley point.

Advising The European Investment Bank on financing and development of Phase 1 (160MW) of a 500MW concentrated solar power project in Ouarzazate, Morocco and acting for investors on a range of other renewables worldwide.
