Bodunde Ajenifuja is an associate in the firm's corporate practice in London. He supports international and domestic clients on a wide range of transactions, including public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations, equity capital raisings and general corporate advisory.
Bodunde is a dual qualified lawyer, qualified to practice in Nigeria and England. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, he was an associate in a market leading corporate law firm in Nigeria, were he advised on high value mergers & acquisitions and private equity deals. Bodunde is also a member of the firm's global Africa practice.
Bodunde has substantial experience advising clients in both emerging and developed markets. His experience spans across a number of industry sectors, including financial services, technology, hospitality, life sciences, healthcare, telecommunications and logistics.
