Anna Glinke has 15 years' experience as an IP lawyer. She has litigated numerous trademark, unfair competition and IP licensing disputes for her clients, and she is also experienced in drafting and negotiating license agreements.
The protection and enforcement of trade secrets is another focus of her work. She advises her clients in setting up robust structures for the protection of their trade secrets and represents them in court proceedings if trade secrets have been stolen or misused .
Anna read law at the universities of Trier, Rome and Münster and holds a Ph.D. in European Law. She frequently speaks at seminars on IP topics.
