Successfully represented the American Red Cross in its epic battle with Johnson & Johnson regarding the use of the Red Cross emblem.

Successfully represented Ferrero in trademark and trade dress litigation involving Tic Tac mints and Kinder Joy confections.

Successfully represented multiple famous automobile manufacturers in connection with preliminary injunctions in federal court.
