Niklas Brüggert advises national and international clients in the field of restructuring and insolvency law. He specialises in complex financing transactions and restructurings at the interface with corporate and finance law.
Niklas Brüggert studied law at the Westphalian-Wilhelms University of Münster. Niklas gained his first experience before and during his legal clerkship at Hogan Lovells. He also worked for another international commercial law firm in Hamburg before returning to Hogan Lovells. In addition, Niklas completed a Master's programme in Cape Town with a focus on commercial law.
