Alessandra Chironi advises local and international clients on any aspect of employment law and employment relationships, in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She provides assistance to clients working in several industry sectors such as aerospace, consumer, energy, fashion and luxury, life sciences, technology and telecoms, and logistics.
In particular, her practice focuses on employee agreements, both in the negotiation and termination providing tailored solutions, internal audits on the company’s compliance with Italian laws, codes of conduct and company policies, employment disputes, and management of human resources.
In addition, Alessandra, as a member of the employment team dedicated to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), assists clients in the management of employment relationship issues related to harassment and discrimination, and in carrying out internal audits on anti-discrimination rules. She holds lessons to Master “Diversity Management and Gender Equality" of Giacomo Brodolini Foundation and provides advice and training to clients on employment aspects related to DEI.
Alessandra graduated in Law at Luiss Guido Carli University in 2019 and joined Hogan Lovells in 2020.
