Insights and events
Ana (who also goes by Gina) has dedicated her practice to corporate, financing, real estate and commercial matters. All the foregoing areas of expertise intertwine nicely in her favorite field: transactional law. Her practice focuses on identifying, tailoring and implementing legal structures and solutions that enable collaborations through joint ventures, project development and project finance, mainly in the infrastructure and power sectors. She also has a strong M&A background.
She has long worked with bankers and engineers and understands that good legal solutions and strategies should address the needs and concerns of all project stakeholders, and therefore, she prioritizes a comprehensive communication policy with her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked in one of the largest international building materials companies, helping their infrastructure and power agenda in Mexico and Latin America.
She also teaches Torts in her alma mater, the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey.
