Advised Pantheon on Idinvest's venture GP-led, involving the transfer of 12 assets from several growth and venture capital vehicles into a continuation fund

Advised Pantheon on the acquisition of five European renewable and concession-based assets in Marguerite GP-led deal

Advised Pantheon on a stapled secondary offering of interests in Lyceum Capital (now Horizon Capital)

Advised Pantheon on the Avenue Capital Group GP-led deal
