Kathrine helps clients navigate through the public procurement rules and find solutions to thorny procurement problems. She advises clients on whether they are subject to the procurement rules, on designing and running efficient and effective tender processes and helping clients to bring and defend procurement challenges.
She has over 20 years’ experience working with clients on procurement projects in the government, nuclear, energy, water, education, real estate, IT, professional services, healthcare, port, road and rail sectors, for clients including UK Central and Local Government, utilities, train operating companies, developers, financial institutions, universities and manufacturers.
Kathrine has been included as a national procurement expert in the International Who’s Who of Government Contracts for a number of years, and is also ranked in Chambers Directory 2023 as "extremely good - very calm and very knowledgeable" and "a great lawyer."
