Partner Trent Norris will speak at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) Advanced Form on, “Defending FDA-Regulated Consumer Product Class Actions on 17 October 2023. Trent will co-lead the “Interactive FDA Consumer Product Class Action Defense Exercise” session, which will test participants’ litigation savvy through a series of complex, hypothetical scenarios that may arise in an FDA-regulated consumer product class action.
