As discussions around climate change have been getting more attention in the last few years, there has been an increased focus on the Carbon Credit industry.

The discussions during this event will explore the new developments in this industry, especially as a result of new regulations and structures that have been designed for use in the Brazilian and international markets, including the recently enacted-regulatory framework for Carbon Credits in Brazil as well as developments in the voluntary carbon trading markets in the U.S. and the use of capital market structures, such as securitizations which can monetize payment flows from carbon credits.
