Global Class Actions to host State of Play Series focused on the UK

The Global Class Actions practice group fall webinar series, State of Play, heads to the United Kingdom for a deep dive into the collective action landscape, trends of the past year, and projected risks in 2024.

Hosted by Global Practice Heads, Craig Hoover and Matthias Schweiger, Part Two of the series, 'Class Actions* in the UK: State of play' will be held at 2:00 pm GMT on Thursday, 9 November 2023, where a panel of attorneys from the United Kingdom will convene to discuss the key topics such as product liability claims, competition litigation, and data privacy. We will also touch on litigation funding and have a panel discussion on areas of future development.
