Hogan Lovells is organising a webinar series on the FinTech Strategic Review (Policy and Regulation Chapter). The Fintech Strategic Review, also referred to as the Kalifa Review, has been commissioned by the Chancellor on behalf of Her Majesty’s Treasury and analyses what is needed to build on the UK’s early successes and retain its leading position as a leading FinTech ecosystem globally.
Our first webinar of the series is a virtual panel discussion covering key findings from the Policy and Regulation chapter. This panel discussion will be followed by a series of webinars in the next couple of weeks focussing on Cryptoassets, Payments, Digital ID, Open Finance and Artificial Intelligence.

The Independent Fintech Strategic Review, commissioned by the Chancellor on behalf of Her Majesty’s Treasury, analyses what is needed to build on the UK’s early successes and retain its leading position globally. The report includes five chapters covering: Policy and Regulation; Skills and Talent; Investment; National Connectivity; and International Attractiveness and Competitiveness.
As leads for the Policy and Regulation chapter, Dr Kay Swinburne and Rachel Kent invite you to join a virtual panel discussion covering key findings from the chapter on 2 March. They will be joined by keynote speakers Ron Kalifa OBE and Lord Holmes of Richmond MBE.
