Our sixteenth session will be on "Patent Litigation: Strategy – Tech (Part II)". This is the second of a 2-part series, which covered practical, strategic and legal considerations for Tech patent litigation, focusing especially on multi-jurisdictional issues such as evidence gathering and the implications of recent case law.
