Our 21^st session will be on "Patent Litigation: US focus: Hatch-Waxman, inter partes reviews (IPRs), and International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings". We will cover practical, strategic and comparative issues in US-focused patent litigation, especially in respect of Hatch-Waxman, IPRs and ITC proceedings, as well as related key topics such as the “biosimilars patent dance”, with Dr Frederick Ch'en, Joseph Raffetto and Kristin Anne Connarn.
